Kari and Troy were wonderful agents to work with. They made what could have been a stressful event into a very calm and exciting experience. They went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of during the process as well as after receiving the keys. They are a top notch team. They assisted with all aspects of the homebuying process and really went out of their way to ensure our experience was positive. Since we were from out of state there willingness to accommodate us and do whatever was needed in a moments notice was definitely appreciated. I would not hesitate to use them in any endeavors moving forward. In summary, we went in looking for a house and ended up with not only a wonderful home but some good friends!!! Such an awesome couple!!!

We just cannot say enough about our experience with The Cook Team. We recently visited the Prescott area and fell in love with the “hometown" feel. So much so, we are now considering retirement property in the area. Troy and Kari spent time showing us so many options from gated community homes with views of the Granite Dell Mountains to some beautiful open property homes in Prescott Valley. They even took us to see some downtown history as well as a quick hike around the beautiful nearby Goldwater Lake.This was by far our best realtor experience and we highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a home in beautiful Prescott.

If there were more stars to give, I would do so. Kari and Teoy were incredible to work with and we were lucky to have found them to be our realtors. They were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home-buying process. They helped us find other experts who were able to help us answer roofing, foundation and finance questions. They were supportive and encouraging as we encountered hurdles in the path to our closing. We now know them as friends in our new city. I definitely recommend them!

We were "just looking" when I contacted the Cooks about a home listed. They were very courteous and informative. I stated we weren't quite ready to buy yet as we weren't sure if we just wanted vacation property and exactly what area we wanted. They were never pushy and have been great at keeping us in the loop for what they think will work for us. They never hesitated when we wanted to look at something that was way out of their immediate area. They are pleasant, courteous and very professional. We highly recommend them.
